Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using ChargebackAssistant, you agree to these Terms of Service. This agreement is between you and BKTY Ltd (registered in England and Wales). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

ChargebackAssistant provides an AI-powered tool to help merchants generate chargeback defense letters and dispute documentation. The service is informational and assistive in nature. We do not provide legal advice and do not guarantee any specific outcome in your dispute proceedings.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must be 18 or over to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ChargebackAssistant to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading dispute information
• Harass, defraud, or harm other parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Subscription & Payments

• The Free Trial includes 3 disputes at no cost
• The 3-Month Plan is billed at £19.90 every 3 months and renews automatically until cancelled
• Pay Per Use purchases (£5 per dispute) are non-refundable once the AI defense has been generated
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account profile; access continues until the end of the billing period
• All payments are processed by Stripe in GBP

6. AI-Generated Content

Defense letters and recommendations generated by ChargebackAssistant are produced by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing the content before submission and for the accuracy of the information you provide. ChargebackAssistant does not guarantee that any defense letter will result in a successful outcome.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BKTY Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ChargebackAssistant, including lost revenue from unsuccessful dispute outcomes. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
